Terms and Conditions for Golden Goals Global, LLC and The Soccer Parent Academy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the services provided by Golden Goals Global, LLC and The Soccer Parent Academy, including but not limited to ebooks, educational content, private Facebook group memberships, and the international soccer tournament selection process. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the services provided.
1.2. By enrolling in the program, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Services Provided

2.1. Golden Goals Global, LLC and The Soccer Parent Academy offers a series of ebooks and educational content aimed at helping youth soccer parents guide their young players' emotional and mental development.
2.2. Subscription to our private Facebook group provides access to exclusive educational material, content updates, and potential tournament opportunities.
2.3. Participation in international tournaments is based on selection criteria established by the program. However, in order to begin the selection process, the program must reach a minimum of 3,000 subscribers in the private group.
2.4. Travel is not guaranteed for any group member. Selection is at the sole discretion of Golden Goals Global, LLC and The Soccer Parent Academy, and we reserve the right to pick and choose players for international tournaments.

3. Subscription Fees

3.1. Access to the free ebook series is provided in exchange for enrolling in a $1.99 monthly subscription to our private Facebook group.
3.2. Payments will be processed through a third-party provider, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method is valid.
3.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Due to the digital nature of the content, all ebook and subscription fees are non-refundable.
4.2. If there are issues with the delivery of the ebooks or access to the Facebook group, you must notify us within 7 days to resolve the issue.

5. Tournament Selection

5.1. Tournament selection is at the sole discretion of Golden Goals Global, LLC and The Soccer Parent Academy. Selected players will receive full funding for registration fees, travel costs, and accommodations during the tournament.
5.2. We reserve the right to pick and choose players for tournament participation.
5.3. Parents and players must follow all guidelines and rules set by the tournament organizers.
5.4. Travel is not guaranteed for any group member.
5.5. We do not provide insurance for travelers. All travelers, both adults and children, are strongly recommended to obtain their own travel insurance covering theft, injury, travel interruptions, death, and other risks associated with international travel.
5.6. Failure to comply with any tournament rules or misrepresentation of player eligibility may result in disqualification from future selections.

6. Travel Documentation and Media Usage

6.1. We will record and document the travel experience during international tournaments, including but not limited to photos, videos, and interviews.
6.2. By participating in the program, you grant Golden Goals Global, LLC and The Soccer Parent Academy the right to use, reproduce, and distribute this content for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes at our discretion.

7. License to Use Content

7.1. All ebooks, digital content, and materials provided by Golden Goals Global, LLC and The Soccer Parent Academy are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content without explicit written permission.
7.2. The license granted to you is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.

8. User Responsibilities

8.1. You agree to use the services for lawful purposes only.
8.2. You may not use the services to promote or distribute inappropriate content, including harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Any personal information you provide, such as contact details or payment information, will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy link.
9.2. We may collect, store, and process personal data for the purpose of providing services and improving user experience.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Golden Goals Global, LLC and The Soccer Parent Academy will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from your use of our services or any inability to access the services.
10.2. We are not responsible for the outcome of tournament selections or events beyond our control, including travel disruptions or changes in tournament schedules.

11. Termination

11.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the services at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in behavior that may harm the community.
11.2. You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
12.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of The Great State of Florida.

13. Amendments

13.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes through email or within the platform.
13.2. Continued use of the services after amendments to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
